My husband and I are truck drivers. We are here a couple years ago when we found the place next to the Love’s where we parked. Unfortunately we rarely get to the Denver area. We were so pleased to get back here today! We ordered the Pork KC bbq pizza and The Dad pizza. We had to try the cheesy bread sticks too. Everything was outstanding, just as the last time. Could not possibly brag enough about Ben's Brick Oven Pizza. First, conveniently located next to Love's Truck Stop. Second, when you walk in, you will immediately notice how neat, clean, and organized everything is there. Third, the staff greets and welcomes you as you enter. I met Ben, his wife, and several members of their team, and they are definitely a team - I've worked in restaurants before I started driving trucks. Everyone is exceptionally nice and friendly. They truly care about your dining experience. They want you to enjoy yourself and come back with your family and friends. By the way, this is a great place to grab lunch. They were so business when I placed my order I was expecting a 30 minute wait. Ben told me it would only be about 18 minutes and his team delivered on time. I ordered the 12" dad pizza a combo of meats and veggies. On my way out, I told Ben my only problem with my meal is that I'm trying to lose weight, and the pizza was so incredibly delicious that I was tempted to eat the entire pizza as one meal. One chain's slogan is better ingredients, better pizza, and that's true. However, no chain's pizza will ever compare to Ben's Brick Oven Pizza. They use high quality, fresh ingredients and recipes that have been perfected and you will receive a pizza that very few pizzerias that compete. Competitive prices in comparison to other pizzerias. So, neat, clean, awesome team, quick food, great quality and convenient location. If he wants to improve he will have to start giving the pizzas away for free - no room for improvement from my experience. Thanks for an awesome experience today. The staff were diligent in finding out if our request for ordering a GF pizza was due to a preference or gluten allergy. They took great care to eliminate as much cross contamination as possible.They have an area that can be sectioned off if necessary for larger groups. They also have a little arcade area to help with entertainment. The owner also stopped by the table. A nice touch and something that is not always done. My pizza was absolutely delicious and even though it was in appearance with some dark spots that look burnt Hill had a delicious flavor from The Brick Oven which we did see them clean numerous times while we were there. My girlfriend pasta was quite good. It was served in a cast iron skillet that the pasta had a very nice crisp from however it did not stick to the skillet at all. I have been here before, and it was a great experience. Just stopped at the Love's and go get some more of Ben's pizza. The crust has this buttery crisp and you can tell he buys good products. I decided to check this place out. As an OTR driver, fast food gets old quick. This place is very clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is just a fantastic group of people working together. I had the salad with an in house dressing, delicious. Pizza was very fresh and delicious as well. While waiting I did see their wings being delivered to a table looked and smelled fantastic. Drivers get out of that truck and take the short walk. I think you will agree it is worth it. Prices are very reasonable. Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful meal.

Denver's best pizza is in Hudson, Co.I found this place completely by accident, but now I go out of my way for some of their perfect crust (also the garlic butter sauce is probably unhealthy, but way too good for me to care).There are a lot of pizza places all over Denver to Breckenridge that people will rave about that are, to be honest, just adequate.... My husband is a truck driver and Im riding with him for a few weeks. We stopped at Love's #377 in Hudson CO off of I-76. We called around 9pm and they said they were closing but kindly took our order. We ordered the chicken pizza with creamy garlic sauce ..WOW !! This pizza was fantastic ! The flavor was so fresh and the crust was so light and tender. My husband and the owner talked while he waited for the pizza . Very nice gentleman and the staff was friendly as well. Fresh dough, amazing sauces, and great toppings on a brick baked pizza. Everything is good. My favorite is the Islander: roasted hatch chillies on a traditional Hawaiian pizza. The little bit of spicy with the sweet of the pineapple and savory of the bacon works perfectly to make you want to eat more even as your stomach begs you to stop. Ben's has become my favorite pizza place ever.

I loved the crispy thin crust and abundance of toppings.One thing that I'd critique is how much flour is stuck on the bottom of the pizza. I had to dust each slice off because it was so thick and clumpy. This may have been due to who was making the pizza at the time. But it wasn't a big deal because the pizza was still very yummy.I'll absolutely return and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

We've met Ben during the first few weeks of opening and he was incredibly nice to my family. It's always great to see good people being successful and being treated well. It's not a chain (that I'm aware of) and you can tell when you walk in the their is a sense of personal pride and piece of heart in the entire building. Is the interior outstanding? No - not particularly - but its always immaculately clean, kept in good working order and you can tell while they don't have infinite funds to put gold on the ground they did everything they could to make their customers feel welcomed and to enjoy their pizzas. And I say they were largely successful. Thanks Ben's Pizza team for always being so nice (my four year old daughter loves the cherry ice cream)!!Go here if you want great pizza - fair prices - amazing service and a nice sit down meal with friends and family.
